Poland's Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro stated the rocket that fell on the territory of the Polish village of Pshevodiv during a massive Russian aerial attack on Ukraine last November was of Ukrainian origin, according to the findings of the wreckage examination.

The Polish official emphasized that the expert conclusion "definitively indicates" that this rocket was of Ukrainian origin, specifically Soviet or Russian production.

Ziobro also added that the launch location and affiliation with a specific military unit support the Ukrainian ownership of the rocket.

Furthermore, the Minister of Justice of Poland expressed his "regret" over the alleged lack of cooperation from the Ukrainian side in investigating this incident.

Recall that on November 15, 2022, two rockets fell in Poland, resulting in the deaths of two individuals.

Poland and the United States believed a rocket from Ukrainian air defenses had fallen in Poland. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thinks it was a Russian rocket, not a Ukrainian.

Polish President Andrzej Duda previously speculated that the rocket may have belonged to Ukrainian air defense forces defending the territory against Russian strikes.

Previously, the Polish prosecutor's office disagreed with involving Ukraine in investigating the rocket's fall in Pshevodiv.
