Kyiv did not inform Warsaw about the secret appendices to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's victory plan. The reason is that Poland does not have the necessary weapons that were discussed, according to Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski.

At the same time, the following countries were informed about the secret appendices:

  • Germany;
  • Italy;
  • Britain;
  • France.

"This is about technical data on certain types of weapons. Zelenskyy was very unhappy that this leaked to the press, and it was quite sensitive. He wanted to keep it a secret, and that did not happen. It was about types of weapons that we do not have," the Minister of Foreign Affairs explained.

Ukraine's victory plan

On October 16, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the Verkhovna Rada, where he presented Ukraine's victory plan in the war against Russia. This document consists of five main points and includes three secret appendices, the contents of which are not publicly disclosed.

The main points outline key directions for achieving victory, while the secret appendices contain confidential defense information.

Recently, journalists managed to learn one detail from the secret materials: Ukraine intends to acquire Tomahawk missiles.
