Pineapple cake so different, its taste will wow every guest

Juicy pineapple cake is the perfect dessert for any mood. This easy-to-make treat will delight you with its tender texture and unique tropical fruit aroma, says Ukrainian food blogger Kateryna Protsyshyna.
Pineapple cake
Ingredients:
- canned pineapple – 1 can
- sugar – 150 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- baking powder – 15 g
- flour – 2 cups (350–400 g)
- butter – 70 g
- vanilla – 1 tsp
- orange zest – optional
Preparation method
Drain the juice from the canned pineapples into a separate container, as it will be needed later.
Place the fruit in a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and butter, and blend everything thoroughly with a blender. Then add the flour and baking powder.

Pour the batter into a baking form and bake at 170°C for 40-45 minutes. Pour the pineapple juice over the hot cake.
