At the height of peach season, it's worth trying this easy dessert recipe. It's quick to make and will become a bright accent on your summer table. Anyone can prepare it at home without effort, Ukrainian food blogger Mariia Makarchuk says.
Peach dessert recipe without baking
Ingredients:
- Milk – 700 ml
- Sugar – 4 tbsp
- Cornstarch – 4 tbsp
- Peaches – 2 pcs
- Cookies – 6 pcs
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Butter – 40 g
Instructions:
Cut the peaches into pieces and place them in a blender bowl. Add milk, cornstarch, sugar, and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring it to a boil over low heat.
Add crushed cookies to the bottom of a dish and pour the hot mixture over them. Leave in the refrigerator to cool.

If desired, you can decorate with caramelized peaches. Add butter, sugar, and peaches to a pan. Simmer everything together for 2-3 minutes.
Decorate the dessert with caramelized peaches on top, and it's ready.
