Partisans reconnoitered plant near Irkutsk producing parts for Russian equipment
Partisans have conducted reconnaissance at the Irkutsk Polymer Plant in Russia, where components for military equipment are produced, according to the partisan movement ATESH.
"An agent visited the city of Ust-Kut and thoroughly examined the Irkutsk Polymer Plant. This plant specializes in the production of packaging materials, pipes, cast structures, and machine parts used for Russian military equipment," the statement reads.
The partisans report that the occupiers are actively installing anti-drone defenses at the plant.
"The active installation of anti-drone protection at the facility indicates that the occupiers are wary of visits from Ukrainian drones," Atesh adds, asserting that the Irkutsk Polymer Plant's plans to reach full capacity by 2025 will fail.
Reconnaissance of factories by partisans in Russia
Partisans regularly conduct reconnaissance of factories in Russia, with a particular focus on those involved in production for Russian PMC operations.
For instance, partisans recently carried out reconnaissance at a factory in Tyumen, Russia, where military helicopters and aircraft, including bombers, are produced.
Partisans have also visited the site of Russian submarine construction in St. Petersburg, specifically the Admiralty Shipyards.
