Partisans carried out another act of sabotage in Crimea. Partisans disabled a diesel locomotive near Simferopol, which led to a disruption in the supply of Russian troops on the Zaporizhzhia front, according to the ATESH movement.

"Our agents destroyed a locomotive at a railway station near Simferopol. The locomotive is not subject to quick repair," the movement said.

The operation was carried out on the eve of March 18 — a date Russia marks as the "reunification day" of Crimea.

ATESH explained that this railway line is used to supply Russian units on the Zaporizhzhia front, where active combat is ongoing. Another batch of ammunition, spare parts, and consumables for military equipment was supposed to pass through this hub.

"The destruction of the diesel locomotive effectively blocked these supplies — the units were left without scheduled replenishment of stocks, which affected their capabilities on the front line," ATESH summarized.

ATESH sabotage on the railway

Underground agents regularly strike targets of the Russian troops, including their logistics.

Earlier, the ATESH movement destroyed a diesel locomotive that supplied Russian troops on the Kupiansk front.

Partisans also carried out sabotage on a railway in the Belgorod region, which led to a halt in the transfer of ammunition, fuel, and other cargo for the Russian army.

ATESH agents also carried out sabotage on the railway in occupied Luhansk, which was the only stable logistics route of the enemy from Russia to the front line.
