P. Diddy accused of threatening to kill top designer: Details
Fashion designer Bryana Bongolan claims that music mogul P. Diddy once referred to himself as "the devil" and allegedly tried to throw her off a balcony in 2016, reports Rolling Stone.
Details of the incident
According to court documents, the woman filed a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, accusing him of threatening to kill her and allegedly "dangling" her over a 17th-floor balcony.
The complaint also accuses him of sexual assault, emotional distress, and false imprisonment.
Reports state that Bongolan first met Combs through his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Their friendship with Cassie began in 2014 when they worked together at a jewelry store in Los Angeles.
By 2018, Bongolan had participated in several design projects associated with P. Diddy and his production company. During this time, she noticed bruises on Cassie's body and face and witnessed an argument in which the rapper allegedly threw a kitchen knife at Ventura. Eventually, the threats turned toward Bongolan herself.
"I’m the motherfucking devil. You have no idea what I could do to you. I could kill you," Combs reportedly told her.
The most terrifying incident occurred during a conflict between Combs and Ventura.
On the night of September 26, 2016, Combs reportedly began banging on the door of Ventura's apartment in Los Angeles, where Bongolan and another friend were also present. According to the victim, Cassie was under the influence of sedative drugs at the time.
Her friend advised her to hide in the bathroom while Bongolan ran to the balcony. There, P. Diddy allegedly chased her, nearly throwing her off the 17th floor. The situation was reportedly diffused when Cassie ran onto the balcony and stopped Combs, reminding him that there were witnesses in the apartment.

"The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety," the lawsuit, filed by attorney James R. Nikraftar of Miller Barondess, claims.
"Ms. Bongolan refuses to allow this fear to control the rest of her life and brings this action to demand that Mr. Combs takes responsibility for the trauma he intentionally and maliciously," the suit reads.
The plaintiff, a fashion designer, is seeking $10 million in damages, claiming to have endured serious and prolonged emotional distress.
P. Diddy’s sex scandal
The scandal surrounding P. Diddy gained widespread attention due to a series of serious allegations. Court filings and investigations detail accusations of sexual assault, sex trafficking, physical violence, blackmail, and manipulation.
The rapper is accused of coercing victims into participating in so-called "freak-offs" — orgies involving sex workers, drugs (ecstasy, GHB, cocaine, etc.), and alcohol. These events, typically held in hotel rooms, included recordings of participants that were later used for blackmail.
Some victims, including his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, claim Combs used physical violence and threats to control them. One lawsuit alleges that he subjected victims to brutal beatings and even threatened their lives, such as allegedly saying he would blow up her former partner’s car.
Other women have also accused Diddy of involvement in incidents of sexual assault and the use of recordings of these events as a means of intimidation.
Legal proceedings are ongoing, with the rapper’s lawyers asserting his innocence, calling the allegations "fabricated" and claiming they are an attempt to profit from his celebrity status. The cases have attracted attention not only due to the scale of the accusations but also because of the involvement of high-profile individuals and the lengthy duration of events spanning over decades.
