With each passing day, the case involving American producer and rapper P. Diddy is generating more and more buzz online: alongside real facts, interesting and sometimes completely insane conspiracy theories have begun to surface. This viral topic has reached Ukrainian-speaking users, spawning memes and becoming one of the most talked-about subjects on the internet.

RBC-Ukraine has compiled the 5 most viral theories surrounding P. Diddy.

P. Diddy linked to Tupac's murder

A year ago, the Los Angeles police arrested a suspect in the murder of iconic rapper Tupac Shakur 27 years after his death. In 1996, the musician was shot by a passing car in Las Vegas, and in September 2023, suspect Duane Keefe D Davis was arrested.

He is considered the leader of the criminal group that organized Tupac's murder, but the name of the mastermind and the motives remain unknown. This has laid fertile ground for numerous conspiracy theories.

One of the main suspects among conspiracy theorists is P. Diddy, who is rumored to have paid a gangster group $1 million to eliminate Tupac. Eminem, one of the few rappers with a flawless reputation, has also touched on this topic, hinting multiple times that the rapper (P. Diddy) is a rapist.

In his track Killshot, addressed to Machine Gun Kelly, Eminem even stated that Kelly (real name Colson Baker) would only release a hit after P. Diddy confesses to Tupac’s murder.

Oil for orgies

During a search of P. Diddy's house, the police found about a thousand bottles of baby oil. The rapper's lawyer, Mark Agnifilo, claimed that his client simply bought in bulk, but even the defense couldn't explain why he needed so much oil. However, TikTok users have come up with their own theories. The most popular version suggests that the oil was used for orgies at Diddy's house parties.

Others believe that the rapper used the oil to keep guests from leaving—allegedly, he would spike their drinks with illegal substances and force them to participate in unacceptable acts, recording the events on camera. To prevent anyone from escaping, the floors of the rooms were allegedly covered in oil.

The most extreme version claims that Sean Combs mixed psychotropic substances into the oil and offered massages to his guests, putting them in an altered state of consciousness, which gave him complete freedom of action.

The producer’s main victim: Justin Bieber

The connection between then-15-year-old singer Justin Bieber and famous producer P. Diddy has become one of the most talked-about aspects in conspiracy theories surrounding his persona.

It is known that in 2009, Justin Bieber signed a contract with Sean Combs' label. It was then that a famous video appeared in which the producer shares his plans to spend 48 hours with the underage musician, promising to engage in "crazy things" they wouldn't be able to talk about later.

Before this, he gave the young singer a car, and what happened next is anyone's guess.

P. Diddy also described this time together as "every teenager's dream," raising serious doubts. In the video, Bieber appears awkward and scared, but continues to nervously smile, looking into the producer's eyes.

Beyoncé knew everything

Recently, J. Cole's track She Knows has resurfaced on social media, with users claiming that the musician is hinting at Beyoncé, who "knew everything." The discussions also bring up the tragic fates of singers Aaliyah, who had a fling with Jay-Z, and Left Eye, as well as the alleged real reason behind Michael Jackson's death, around which conspiracy theories still circulate. Interestingly, all of them passed away on the 25th.

According to one theory, to advance Beyoncé's career, P. Diddy and her husband Jay-Z eliminated competitors, and the star herself supposedly knew about it.

There are also more eccentric hypotheses, such as the idea that Jay-Z’s first name (Sean) and Beyoncé's last name (Knowles) sound similar to the title of the track She Knows. However, in reality, the song was dedicated to J. Cole’s ex-girlfriend, with whom he often cheated, and she knew about it.

P. Diddy killed his girlfriend

In 2018, the world learned of the tragic death of Kim Porter, P. Diddy's former lover and the mother of his three children, who was found dead in her Los Angeles home. The 47-year-old model, who had been suffering from a cold and pneumonia before her death, became a victim of the illness. However, many conspiracy theorists disagree with this version.

According to one theory, the rapper allegedly decided to take revenge on Kim for the memoir she was planning to publish before her death. Shortly thereafter, entries from her diary titled Kim's Forgotten Words appeared online, though there is no direct evidence of their authorship.

Nevertheless, users are convinced that the producer got rid of his hated ex, who was about to reveal the truth about his cruel treatment of her, including abuse, beatings, and death threats. Moreover, the sudden death of a relatively young woman after a mild cold seems suspicious to many internet users.

A video has also started circulating online showing Sean John Combs beating his girlfriend Cassie Ventura. The incident occurred on March 5, 2016, at the now-closed InterContinental hotel in Century City, Los Angeles.

The video shows Ventura leaving the hotel room and attempting to call an elevator, but the rapper, wearing a towel around his waist, runs after her. He grabs her by the neck and throws her to the floor. Then P. Diddy kicks the girl as she lies motionless on the floor.
