Over 2 platoon losses for Russia in Tavriisk direction

Ukrainian forces were able to eliminate and wound over two Russian platoons of occupiers in the Tavriisk direction within a day, according to a post on Telegram by Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavsky, the commander of the operational-strategic military group "Tavria."
According to Brigadier General Oleksandr Tarnavsky, the commander of the operational-strategic military group "Tavria," the Ukrainian defenders in the Tavriisk direction are successfully pushing back the enemy. Within a day, artillery units carried out 1573 fire missions.
"The enemy's losses in killed and wounded amounted to over two platoons. 35 units of enemy military equipment were destroyed," Tarnavsky revealed.
Among the destroyed equipment were
- 8 armored fighting vehicles,
- 3 howitzers 2A65 "Msta-B",
- UAV "Orlan-10",
- Self-propelled artillery system 2S3 "Akatsiya",
- 2 howitzers 2S5 "Hyacinth-S",
- 2 howitzers 2A36 "Hyacinth-B",
- Various military vehicles.
Additionally, the Ukrainian forces also destroyed eight enemy ammunition depots.
Ukrainian counteroffensive
During the summer, the Ukrainian military has been conducting a counteroffensive and has achieved notable successes on the frontlines. They have recaptured several settlements in the southeastern part of the country.
Furthermore, the Ukrainian forces are advancing to the south and north of Bakhmut. They have captured dominant heights and gained control over the city.
