The second exchange of prisoners in the last 2 days took place today. Ukraine returned 103 of its people, states ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.

“Today another 103 families received the long-awaited news! Families waiting for the same news, do not lose faith! We are doing everything to bring your loved ones home,” emphasized Lubinets.

At the same time, he noted that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Kyiv has returned more than 3,500 people.

“In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 57 prisoner-of-war exchanges have been conducted and 3,672 Ukrainians have been returned,” he said.

Prisoner exchange

Today, September 14, Ukraine managed to conduct another exchange and return home 103 more Ukrainians. This is the second exchange in the last 2 days. Yesterday, Ukraine managed to return 49 soldiers.

Among those released today are 23 soldiers of the Azov Brigade. Yesterday, 15 soldiers of the brigade were released.
