Number of Russian troops in Ukraine: Updates from Presidential Office
The number of Russian troops in Ukraine is now three times greater than at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, as the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, says at a meeting with advisers to the leaders of the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France in Washington.
The parties discussed the situation on the battlefield. According to the Head of the President's Office, the Ukrainian army has already regained about 50% of the previously occupied territories, but today the number of Russian troops in Ukraine is three times higher than at the beginning of the aggression. So Ukraine needs to maintain international support.
The situation on the front line as of November 14
According to today's morning report from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukraine's troops repelled 24 attacks by Russian occupiers in the Maryinka direction over the past day and continue assault operations south of Bakhmut. In total, there were 80 combat clashes on the front line over the past day.
The forces of Ukraine eliminated another 920 Russian occupiers in a day, bringing the total losses of the Russian Federation in the full-scale war in Ukraine to approximately 313,470 soldiers. Additionally, Ukrainian forces destroyed 8 tanks and 20 artillery systems of the enemy.
