Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands have expressed concerns about the electromagnetic radiation levels of iPhone 12 following France's investigation, according to BBC.

The Belgian government has tasked a study to determine whether iPhone 12 poses a health risk.

"It is my responsibility to react and ensure that all citizens of the kingdom are safe and protected from any potential danger. Health is an issue that should never be neglected," said Belgian state secretary for digitalization Mathieu Michel.

Meanwhile, the Dutch Agency for Digital Infrastructure stated that based on the results of the French tests, there is no doubt about the radiation level exceeding limits. The agency plans to contact Apple but added that there is "no acute safety risk".

The German network agency, BNetzA, commented to the BBC that the French investigation could lead to measures concerning iPhone 12 that would apply to all EU member countries.

A few days ago, France demanded that Apple cease selling iPhone 12 in the country unless the company can resolve the issue of excessive electromagnetic radiation.

The French national agency for radio frequencies has asserted that the smartphone's radiation level exceeds limits.
