Not just Russian soldiers: Zelenskyy reveals who else is included in prisoner exchange pool

Ukraine is replenishing its prisoner exchange pool not only with Russian soldiers captured in battle but also with collaborators and saboteurs, stated Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The head of state reminded that as a result of today's prisoner exchange with Russia, 390 Ukrainians were returned home.
He thanked all military personnel on the front lines who ensure the replenishment of the exchange pool.
"I also want to thank our law enforcement officers today for adding Russian saboteurs and collaborators to the exchange pool. It is important that Ukraine is bringing its people home. Thanks to everyone around the world who helps us," he said.
Notably, the Ukrainian project Khochu k Svoim (I want to go to my own) previously reported that Ukraine had offered to exchange collaborators with Russia, but Moscow refused.
Prisoner exchange
Today, on May 23, Ukraine and Russia started the exchange of prisoners in the 1000-for-1000 format. It is being held in three stages over three days.
The next stages of the large-scale prisoner exchange are to take place on Saturday, May 24, and Sunday, May 25.
