The settlement of Lyptsi in the Kharkiv region is currently fully under the control of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. There are no Russians in the village and there never were; the closest ones periodically die north of Lyptsi, according to the spokesperson of the operational-tactical group Kharkiv, Pavlo Shamshyn.

"Lyptsi remain fully under the control of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. The Russians from time to time try to attack north of the settlement of Lyptsi, but they can achieve nothing except losses," Shamshyn explained.

According to him, units of the Defense Forces inflict significant losses on the occupiers during Russian attempts to storm in the direction of Lyptsi. Therefore, the situation is under control; there is no enemy advancement in this area now.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during the past day, July 24, there were 174 combat engagements on the front. Most battles were recorded in the Pokrovsk and Lyman directions. During the day, Russian troops lost approximately 980 units of manpower during assault attempts.

The Russians have been trying to advance in the Lyptsi area since May 2024, when they began another "operation" in the north of the Kharkiv region. However, all the enemy's attempts to advance in this area ultimately fail.
