Iran will not carry out further strikes if Israel halts its attacks on Iranian facilities no later than 4 AM on June 24.

This was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, according to his post on the social media platform X.

He accused Israel of starting the war and denied reports that a ceasefire agreement had been reached.

"However, provided that the Israeli regime stops its illegal aggression against the Iranian people no later than 4 AM Tehran time, we have no intention to continue our response afterwards," he stated.

Araghchi emphasized that Tehran would make a final decision on halting military actions later, after assessing the situation.

Meanwhile, local media reported that Israel continued its strikes on Iran. The IDF has not yet commented on this information.

Israel-Iran ceasefire

Israel attacked Iran on June 13 in an attempt to destroy its nuclear program. Key nuclear and military sites in Iran were targeted, and members of Tehran’s military leadership were eliminated.

Following this, Israel and Iran began exchanging airstrikes. On June 22, the United States joined the conflict and struck Iranian nuclear sites in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.

In the early hours of June 24, US President Donald Trump announced that Israel and Iran had agreed to a full ceasefire.
