Today, cheesecake is probably one of the most popular desserts, already, so to speak, classic. Cheesecake can be prepared with various fillings - with berries, fruits, and even some vegetables. However, a recipe for yogurt cheesecake will simplify the preparation, and besides, such a dessert has a more delicate texture.

Culinary blogger Anastasiia Kistenova tells how to make a delicious no-bake cheesecake.

What you need for cheesecake

To prepare this delicate and tasty dessert, you will need the following ingredients:

  • Cookies - 185 g (1 pack)
  • Heavy cream - 60 g
  • Yogurt - 700 g
  • Gelatin - 15 g
  • Jelly - 78 g
  • Boiling water - 530 ml
  • Mint - a few leaves
  • Cheesecake pan

How to make yogurt cheesecake

Blend the cookies into crumbs, melt the butter, and mix the two ingredients in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the pan, press it down, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Pour the gelatin into a cup or saucepan, add 130 ml of boiling water (half a cup), wait for 10 minutes, and mix over a water bath (holding the cup or saucepan over the steam from boiling water).

Mix the gelatin with the yogurt and pour the mixture into the pan as the second layer, then refrigerate for 2 hours to set.

Prepare the jelly - pour the mix into a bowl, add 400 ml of boiling water, and stir until dissolved. Let the jelly cool slightly and pour it over the set yogurt in a thin layer.

Place the dessert in the refrigerator to set, then decorate with washed mint leaves before serving.
