Nine injured in Kherson region, including children and pregnant woman — police report

In the Kherson region, nine people were injured as a result of shelling and mine-explosive incidents, including children and a pregnant woman. Police are documenting the consequences of the attacks, according to the National Police of Ukraine.
In the morning, the territory of the Dnipro district came under artillery shelling and MLRS strikes. As a result of the attack, two women aged 50 and 68 sustained minor injuries.
The Central district of Kherson was also under enemy artillery fire. In the central part of the city, as previously reported, a 38-year-old pregnant woman and her sons, aged 8 and 17, suffered severe injuries as a result of the shelling.
During the day, the Dnipro district again came under enemy artillery fire. As a result, a 68-year-old woman sustained a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds.
Meanwhile, in the Dniprovskyi district neighborhood, Russians dropped an explosive from a drone near a 39-year-old man, causing him to sustain blast and closed head injuries, a concussion, and multiple shrapnel wounds to his leg.
At the same time, in the Dnipro district, a 38-year-old resident was injured in enemy shelling. He was hospitalized with a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to his chest and legs.
In Velyka Oleksandrivka, a 69-year-old local resident stepped on an anti-personnel mine while on his household plot. As a result of the explosion, the man suffered a blast injury and a foot amputation.
Massive attack on Ukraine
It should be recalled that during the night, Russia carried out a massive attack on Ukraine. The Lviv region and the city of Lviv suffered the most. For the strikes on the city and region, the enemy used almost all available types of weapons.
In addition to the western regions, Zaporizhzhia also came under fire.
The massive attack caused power outages for tens of thousands of people, and part of the Cherkasy region was also left without electricity due to damaged power lines.
During the night, strikes were also carried out on critical infrastructure facilities in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
