Night strike on Dnipro leaves homes without power and water, educational institution damaged

Russian troops launched an overnight attack on Dnipro with strike drones on August 7. Due to the strike, part of the city was left without electricity and water, Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov and the State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine report.
"Due to another shelling of Dnipro, a total of 13 multi-story buildings were damaged in the city. More than 300 windows were broken in people's homes. In one of the districts, a number of houses were left without water and electricity after the enemy attack. Specialized services are working on the restoration," Filatov noted.
The mayor also emphasized that damage was recorded in the private sector. One of the educational institutions was damaged by the explosions.
According to the SES, three civilians were injured in Dnipro due to the enemy strike. Apartment buildings, private homes, cars, an administrative building, and a transport company were damaged.

On the night of August 7, Russian forces attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with strike drones. Explosions sounded in Dnipro, Pavlohrad, and Kryvyi Rih. Residential infrastructure was damaged, and there were civilian casualties.
In Pavlohrad, a country house and a car caught fire due to the attack. In Kryvyi Rih district, a non-operational building was on fire, and in Kryvyi Rih itself, a modular house was hit. Head of the city’s Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul, confirmed that ten Shahed drones struck Kryvyi Rih.
Later in the morning on August 7, an explosion was heard in Mykolaiv. Shortly before that, an air raid alert had been declared in the region.
