New details from Kyiv region attack: More wounded, dozens of homes hit

In Kyiv region, efforts continue to address the aftermath of the night-time mass attack by Russia. The enemy once again struck civilian settlements and critical infrastructure facilities, according to the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.
According to him, four women were affected in the Vyshhorod district. Three of them suffered acute stress reactions, while another woman, born in 1983, underwent surgery at a local hospital after sustaining a shrapnel wound to her thigh. Her condition is assessed as moderate.
In the Obukhiv district, a man born in 1975 was injured, sustaining an open wound to his forearm. He will receive outpatient treatment.
As a result of the strikes in the Vyshhorod district, 20 private houses, three vehicles, and various outbuildings and garages were damaged. In the Boryspil district, one house was also damaged. Windows were shattered, and facades and roofs were hit.
Currently, the region is operating under scheduled hourly power outages. Authorities urge residents to use electricity responsibly and sparingly.
Attack on Ukraine
On the night of November 8, Russia carried out another massive combined strike on Ukraine, using a mix of missiles of various types and attack drones. The enemy's primary target, as usual, was energy infrastructure.
The attack caused emergency power outages and disruptions at critical facilities in several regions. Kremenchuk was hit the hardest, temporarily losing electricity. Due to damage to the energy network, Ukrzaliznytsia reported train delays.
According to Ukrainian military sources, Russia launched 503 aerial attack weapons against Ukraine during the night.
As explained by the Head of the Communication Department of the Air Force Command, Yurii Ihnat, the Russian army continues to carry out massive strikes on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, increasingly using ballistic missiles.
