According to the Twitter account of Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the President's Office, there can be no alternative format for resolving the military actions in Ukraine other than the "Peace Formula" proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"The sole foundational basis for negotiations is President Zelenskyy's Peace Formula. There can be no compromise positions such as 'immediate ceasefires' or 'negotiations here and now,' which gives Russia the opportunity to remain in the occupied territories. The only acceptable solution is the withdrawal of Russian forces beyond the borders of 1991," he remarked.

The advisor emphasized that any notion of a "Minsk-3" agreement would only perpetuate the conflict in the future.

"It is precisely the 'rejection of illusions' that is taking place today in many countries, which yesterday misjudged Russia and its intention to undermine international law," Podolyak asserted.

Ukrainian Peace Formula

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy introduced the "Peace Formula" initiative to halt the war in Ukraine. This formula comprises 10 points: radiological and nuclear safety (Russian Federation's exit from the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, renunciation of nuclear threats); food security (expansion of the grain initiative); energy security; liberation of all prisoners and deportees (release according to the 'all for all' formula); adherence to the UN Charter and restoration of territorial integrity and global order; withdrawal of Russian troops and cessation of hostilities; justice; ecocide; the imperative of immediate environmental protection; prevention of escalation; formal recognition of the war's conclusion.
