Most delicious baked fish recipe
Affordable fish is usually quite challenging to make into a delicious meal, and the simplest recipe is often frying. However, fried fish quickly becomes boring, and this cooking method is not the healthiest as well.

Ingredients:
- Hake fish - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Soy sauce - 50 ml
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Lemon juice
- Celery
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes
Directions:
1. Clean the fish from the head, gills, and fins. Cut into large pieces. Remove the entrails and black film from the fish. Make small diamond-shaped cuts on the outside.
2. Take a bowl, mix together salt, turmeric, paprika, pour olive oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Press the garlic through a press and also add it to the spice mixture.
3. Place the fish in a plastic bag, pour the spice mixture into it. Seal tightly and shake several times to evenly distribute the spices. Leave the fish in the bag to marinate for 30 minutes.
4. While the fish is marinating, peel and chop the celery. Arrange it in a baking dish. Then place the hake on the celery bed. Make cross cuts on the tomatoes and place them between the fish pieces. Pour the dish with the marinade mixture.
5. Place the fish in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 30 minutes, covering it with parchment. Serve with rice if you like.
