Terekhov addresses Kharkiv residents
“The moment an enemy drone hits the top floor of an apartment building and the consequences of such a strike,” the mayor wrote while publishing the video.
He addressed those who film during attacks.
“I strongly urge you — during air raid alerts and enemy attacks on the city, stay away from windows (preferably in shelters) and do not film,” the city head noted.
Terekhov clarified that this time the author of the video was unharmed, but stressed that taking such risks is not worth it. “Take care of yourselves and stay safe!” he added.
This is already the second strike on the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. The drone hit near a public transport stop. As a result of the attack, a driver of a city route was injured while driving a minibus.
At least five people were injured in Kharkiv due to an enemy attack, Terekhov added.
Kharkiv regularly comes under attacks by drones and missiles. The city is in a high-risk zone due to its proximity to the front line.
On April 3, Kharkiv suffered one of the most massive attacks. Dozens of hits on the city were recorded.
On the night of April 3, Russia attacked Kharkiv with missiles. As a result of the missile strike, a woman was injured.
