Missile terror against Ukraine: Ukraine's intel releases names of 13 Russian commanders

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense (HUR) has released the names of Russian commanders involved in missile strikes against Ukraine.
Ukrainian intelligence (HUR) has published information on 13 war criminals among the command staff of Russia’s long-range aviation. All of them are involved in planning and organizing missile strikes against Ukraine.
Among them are:

Lieutenant General Sergey Kobylyash – Commander of the Russian Aerospace Forces, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Aerospace Forces;

Major General Sergey Kuvaldin – Commander of Long-Range Aviation;
-
Major General Oleg Pchela – Deputy Commander of Long-Range Aviation;
-
Colonel Segey Shevel – Chief of Staff and First Deputy Commander of Long-Range Aviation.
The published data includes information on the war criminals’ places of residence and registration, phone numbers, email addresses, state insurance policy numbers, and tax identification numbers.
The Defense Intelligence emphasized that identifying individuals within the command staff of the aggressor country’s armed forces is a top priority. All materials are being forwarded to national and international justice mechanisms for the further prosecution of those responsible.
As of August 31, since the beginning of the full-scale war, the figures are:

2,354 launches of Kh-555/Kh-101/Kh-55SM missiles from Tu-95MS and Tu-160 aircraft;

321 launches of Kh-22/Kh-32 cruise missiles from Tu-22M3 aircraft;

171 launches of Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles from MiG-31K/I aircraft.
Ukrainian intelligence emphasized that the Russian forces targeted civilian infrastructure, including schools, hospitals and maternity wards, apartment buildings, and power plants. Russia’s missile terror has resulted in thousands of civilian casualties and injuries.
HUR also stressed that every war crime committed against Ukraine will be met with just retribution.
Earlier, Ukrainian forces carried out a unique operation in one of the regions of the aggressor country. They ambushed a Russian mobile transport, resulting in the elimination of three Russian servicemen.
