Missile strike on Odesa: Casualties reported
Russian forces launched a missile strike on the center of Odesa, causing casualties, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper announced.
"Russian terrorists carried out a missile attack on the center of Odesa. There are casualties," he stated.
However, Kiper did not specify the number of injured.
Additionally, as a result of the missile attack, civilian infrastructure in Odesa, including residential buildings, was damaged.

Attack on Odesa on November 18
On November 18, Russian forces struck residential buildings in Odesa, causing numerous civilian casualties. Shortly after the attack, reports confirmed fatalities and injuries, as well as the deliberate nature of the shelling.
Initially, it was reported that eight people were killed and 18 injured. Later, the death toll rose: 10 people were confirmed dead, with over 40 wounded.
Among the 11 fatalities were seven police officers and a medic. The injured included four children and 14 law enforcement officers.
