Russian forces struck Kryvyi Rih with missiles again, hitting an infrastructure facility that was damaged during the first wave of strikes, according to the Telegram of the head of the city’s Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul.

He reported that the city experienced missile impacts on a civilian infrastructure site - the same one targeted during the first wave.

"Emergency rescue operations are ongoing. There is a large fire. Three people were injured, preliminarily with moderate injuries," Vilkul said.

According to him, tram and trolleybus services are operating on all routes as usual.

Vilkul added that a relief center for residents will be set up in front of the vocational school at the roundabout.

“Construction materials will arrive in half an hour. Requests for assistance will be accepted from the city, and municipal crews will respond,” the city head added.

On the night of Sunday, September 7, the Russian forces carried out a massive drone attack on Ukraine using Shahed drones. In Kryvyi Rih, however, the enemy also struck with missiles.

Earlier, Vilkul reported that the city had been hit in three locations, targeting transportation and municipal infrastructure, as well as private properties.
