Over the past day, the Russian troops have shelled the Donetsk region 25 times, damaging more than ten apartment buildings and private houses, several people have been wounded, and hundreds of civilians have been evacuated, according to the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.

In Lyman, as a result of Russian strikes, a house and a car were damaged.

In Mykolaivka, damage to an administrative building was recorded.

In Orikhuvatka, three cars were destroyed.

In Sloviansk, shelling damaged two houses and a gas pipeline.

In Oleksiievo-Druzhkivka, one person was wounded, and five apartment buildings and an administrative building were damaged.

In Illinivka, one person was wounded, and a residential house was damaged.

In Kostiantynivka, three people were wounded, six private houses, five apartment buildings, and a car were damaged.

In Siversk, two residential houses were damaged.

As of the morning of September 28, 349 people, including 62 children, have been evacuated from the frontline.

Shelling of the Donetsk region

It should be recalled that as a result of the latest attack, four administrative buildings in Dobropillia were damaged. In Druzhkivka, two people were wounded, a five-storey building and a church were damaged. In Kostiantynivka, 12 apartment buildings were damaged.

Earlier, we reported that patrol officers assisted in evacuating an elderly couple from the front-line city of Kostiantynivka. They had to be rescued from a house that had been destroyed.

Recently, Russian forces dropped an FAB-250 aerial bomb on Kostiantynivka; as a result of the strike, five people were killed.

According to the government, more than 200,000 people need to be evacuated from dangerous areas in the Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.
