A large-scale fire broke out in Novosibirsk at a factory that manufactures electronics and microchips for the Russian defense industry, reports NEXTA.

A warehouse is on fire at an electronics and microchip manufacturing plant in Novosibirsk.

A huge fire broke out on the territory of Zavod Pripoyev (solder plant) in Novosibirsk. The enterprise is engaged in the production of electronics, microchips, and the repair of electrical equipment.

Not the first factory to burn in Russia

On October 3, long-range drones of the Security Service of Ukraine struck one of Russia's leading oil refineries. This was Orsknefteorgsintez, located 1,400 km from the Ukrainian border. This refinery has four primary oil processing units with a capacity of 6.6 million tons of oil per year.

In June, a large-scale fire broke out at one of the plants in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region, Russia.
