Major aerial battle erupts between Pakistan and India involving around 125 jets

A major aerial battle took place between Pakistan and India. This battle was one of the largest and longest of modern times, according to CNN.
A CNN source in the Pakistani security service stated that 125 Pakistani and Indian fighter jets did not leave their respective airspaces. The two sides exchanged missile strikes, and the battle lasted over an hour. In some cases, missile strikes were carried out from over 160 kilometers.
According to the source, at times the Indian Air Force had to make several raids on targets.
The interlocutor described the battle between the Pakistani and Indian fighters as a "dogfight." Pakistani officials claimed that five Indian aircraft were shot down as a result.
Pakistan noted that this was one of the largest and longest battles in modern aviation history.
Threat of war between India and Pakistan
India and Pakistan both claim the Kashmir region as their territory, controlling different parts of the area. The territorial dispute between the two countries has lasted for decades.
