Lviv hit by Kinzhal missiles: Explosions shake city

Russian forces struck Lviv with Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles. Powerful explosions were reported in the city, according to the Ukrainian Air Force and the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi.
The Russian army launched the missiles from MiG-31 fighter jets at 06:30 Kyiv time.
The missiles flew over Sumy, Kyiv, and Zhytomyr regions. Later, the Air Force reported the missiles moving toward Lviv.
At 06:36, powerful explosions were heard in Lviv.
It should be noted that the city has been under attack for several hours by a large number of Shahed drones, and it was also struck by cruise missiles.

Another group of cruise missiles is heading toward Lviv.
“Another group of missiles on the city!” Kozytskyi reported.
Missile groups were also detected moving toward Stryi in the Lviv region and Burshtyn in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
Russia's missile and drone attack
On the night of October 5, Russia carried out a massive attack on Ukraine using Shahed drones, as well as cruise and ballistic missiles.
The enemy launched more than a hundred drones starting the evening of October 4.
At 03:30 a.m. Kyiv time, the Russian forces fired Kalibr missiles from the Black Sea.
Later, around 06:00, groups of cruise missiles launched from Tu-95MS strategic bombers entered Ukraine’s airspace.
Subsequently, the enemy scrambled MiG-31 fighter jets from the Savasleyka airbase.
