The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense has found no signs that Russia is preparing for a full-scale attack on the Baltic states. However, there is another serious problem, according to LRT.

Recently, The Guardian reported that Moscow may be planning a provocation against the Baltic states or Poland. The journalists cited anonymous sources.

The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense immediately responds to these warnings. The Ministry states that there is currently no evidence of Russia actually preparing to invade the Baltic states.

"At present, there are no signs that Russia is preparing a large-scale military attack on the Baltic states," Lithuanian intelligence officials emphasize.

Nevertheless, they acknowledged that the threat level of sabotage (arson or other acts against critical infrastructure on Lithuanian territory—ed.) remains high.

The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense explained that rumors of a Russian military invasion of NATO member states may be deliberately spread by Moscow itself.

In this way, the Kremlin aims to divert attention from the defeats suffered by its troops in Ukraine. Furthermore, the Russian authorities are once again attempting to intimidate Kyiv’s allies.

Estonia has sided with Ukraine in the new conflict and called on Europe to pay the price for Putin’s defeat in the war.

Against the backdrop of recent events, the Kremlin leader has embarrassed himself with a new statement about the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Ukrainian Armed Forces ridiculed Putin's latest fabrications.

RBC-Ukraine also reported how many minutes most Russian recruits can last on the battlefield before they are eliminated by Ukrainian soldiers.
