Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to revive the empire. Therefore, if Ukraine is captured, he may attack a NATO country, stated US Special Envoy Keith Kellogg in an interview with The Telegraph.

According to him, Putin is a KGB agent, he has never stopped being one, and he does not understand the West.

"He pretends not to speak English, but he does, and we have caught him out several times before. He’s a manipulator," Kellogg said.

Kellogg emphasized that if Russia conquers Ukraine, it will move on to attack a NATO country, since Putin wants to revive the Russian Empire.

"It reminds me of World War II. In Munich in 1938, Hitler said that he only wanted the Sudetenland. Then the Rhineland, then Poland, then we were in the Second World War. History doesn’t repeat itself, but it sure does rhyme. That’s exactly what’s happening here with Ukraine. We must stop him now," he said.

In addition, he is convinced that Russia’s drone launch into Poland last week was deliberate. In his opinion, it was a test — a way to see how the West would react.

Kellogg also stated that Putin’s aggressive claims that Russia is a strong nuclear power must be confronted, not ignored.

Earlier, we reported that, according to Trump’s Special Envoy, Keith Kellogg, if China stopped helping Russia, the war in Ukraine could end the very next day.

He also said that the strength of the Russian army should not be overestimated.

Western allies have come up with an alternative to NATO for Ukraine, given the low probability of its accession to the Alliance. They plan to invest significant funds in Ukraine’s military industry so that the country can better withstand Russian aggression.
