Leakage of Ukrainian military positions: Security Service arrested a Russian informant
Ukrainian Security Service arrests Russian informant in the Donetsk region accused of leaking information to occupiers on Ukrainian Army artillery positions near Bakhmut through Telegram channels, according to Security Service Press Service.
According to law enforcement officials, the offender gathered intelligence on the deployment and movement of Ukrainian Forces engaged in counteroffensive operations in the vicinity of Bakhmut.
First and foremost, she attempted to establish the coordinates of the firing positions for both the field and rocket artillery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including HIMARS artillery systems. She was also interested in the flight directions of combat aviation and the routes of movement for heavy armored vehicles of the Ukrainian defenders.

The criminal would go into the local area and observe the movement of Ukrainian military equipment, as well as inquire about necessary information from acquaintances under the guise of casual conversations. She would then leak this obtained information to four Telegram channels created by Russian intelligence agencies to track the locations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Security Service officers documented the criminal actions of the suspect and detained her at her place of residence. They also confiscated her mobile phone, which she had used for transmitting intelligence to the aggressor.
As the investigation determined, the woman subscribed to enemy internet resources at the beginning of this year and later started posting her updates there, including approximate geolocations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the region.
