Ingredients:
- Flour - 80 g
- Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 100 ml
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic - 1-2 cloves
- Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
- Butter or vegetable oil - for greasing the pan.
Directions:
Beat the egg, add salt and milk, and mix. Grate the cheese - suluguni or regular hard cheese works.
Add the cheese to the milk and egg mixture and mix well. Add flour and mix again. Add minced garlic. You can also add finely chopped herbs, dill, onions, or basil.
Heat the pan, add butter, then pour the mixture and spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula.
Cook for 7-8 minutes over medium heat with a lid on. Then, flip with a spatula and fry for an additional 5-7 minutes.
