Kyiv shaken by explosions during overnight Shahed strike

In Kyiv, around midnight on September 10, the sounds of explosions were heard. Russia is attacking the capital with Shahed drones, according to Kyiv City Military Administration head Tymur Tkachenko and the Air Force.
On the evening of Tuesday, September 9, it was reported that the Russian army had launched Shahed-type strike drones from several directions. At about 11:30 p.m. Kyiv time, an air raid alert was declared in the capital.
By midnight, reports indicated that air defense was in operation.
As of 12:15 a.m. Kyiv time, no casualties or damage were reported.
In the capital, Kyiv residents are also preparing for a possible Russian attack. In particular, people are gathering in shelters in the city’s subway system.

Last night, September 9, Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia with drones. As a result of the enemy strike, a private house reportedly caught fire. A 66-year-old woman was injured in the attack.
The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, also published photos showing firefighters continuing to extinguish the blaze after the enemy shelling of the regional center.
