Air raid alerts were issued twice in the capital overnight, lasting a total of two and a half hours. All Russian drones threatening Kyiv were neutralized by air defense and electronic warfare forces, according to the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) and State Emergency Service (SES).

On the morning of October 31, drone debris fell on a construction site in the Podilskyi district, igniting grass over an area of 50 square meters. The fire was promptly extinguished.

Windows were also damaged in three adjacent five-story residential buildings and in a two-story administrative building.

Preliminary reports indicate that no one was injured.

According to the KCMA, Russian forces conducted 20 significant air strikes on the capital in October. Throughout the 31 days of the month, there was only one day without air raid alerts. Typically, residents of Kyiv heard sirens an average of twice a day. "This reflects the constant, systematic terror against the peaceful civilian population of Ukraine," the administration emphasized.

The SES of Ukraine published photos from the debris site.
