According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba on Twitter, the exit of Russia from the "grain agreement" and the aggressive country's strategy were discussed at the UN Security Council meeting.

"Whether it’s the attempted annexation of Crimea, the downing of MH17, the full-scale war, mass atrocities in Bucha, or ruining the Grain Deal, Russian strategy is the same: kill, lie, and deny,"he wrote.

During the UN Security Council meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized that Ukraine needs an opposite strategy based on strength, truth, and accountability.

Russia's exit from the "grain deal"

Yesterday, Russia announced that they would not continue the "grain deal" supposedly because the Kremlin's conditions were "not fulfilled."

However, in recent months, Moscow has already been refusing to fully comply with its obligations under the agreement. They have been blocking vessel inspections and prohibiting grain exports from the "Pivdennyi" port.

Western politicians have condemned Russia's withdrawal from the "grain initiative."

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposes that Turkey and the UN continue the "grain initiative" in a trilateral format.
