The Kremlin has confirmed Russia's participation in the talks on Ukraine scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11, according to RIA Novosti.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov announced Moscow's participation in the meeting. According to him, Russian representatives will be in Abu Dhabi on November 10 and 11.

Who will lead the Russian delegation

Vladimir Medinsky, an aide to the Russian dictator, will once again head the negotiating team. This means the Kremlin has kept the previous head of its delegation for the next round of talks.

Peskov did not provide any further details about the composition of the Russian delegation or the meeting's agenda.

On November 3, US President's special envoy Steve Witkoff confirmed that Ukraine-Russia talks mediated by Washington would take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10–11.

According to Witkoff, the meeting will be held at the working level. The sides plan to discuss postwar security guarantees, de-escalation, and humanitarian issues.
