Russia launched a combined strike on Kremenchuk in the Poltava region during the night of June 15. Emergency services have released images of the aftermath.

According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service (SES), Russian forces carried out a massive combined attack on the Poltava region using missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles.

As a result of the strikes, multiple hits were recorded in the Kremenchuk community, targeting energy and agricultural infrastructure.

As specified by the State Emergency Service, the explosions and falling debris caused fires, which have now been localized. Rescuers continue eliminating the consequences of the attack.

Residential buildings and vehicles were also damaged in the Poltava region. There are no casualties.

The largest attack on Kremenchuk

Last night, Russians attacked the city of Kremenchuk with drones and various types of missiles. Local media reported that this was one of the largest attacks on Kremenchuk since the beginning of the war.

According to local media, at least 30 explosions were heard in the city overnight. Photos of large-scale fires have been published online.

The head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration reported that energy and agricultural infrastructure facilities in the Kremenchuk community were hit by Russia. A private house, a vehicle, and a power line were also damaged.

In addition, damage was recorded in the Chutove community of the Poltava region.
