Khmelnytskyi hit by explosions, Kinzhal missiles reported

On the night of September 28, explosions were heard in the Khmelnytskyi region. Russians deployed MiG-31K aircraft and launched Kinzhal missiles, according to a Telegram report from Suspilne Novyny.
“In the Khmelnytskyi region, the sounds of explosions were reported by Suspilne correspondents,” the update stated at 02:33 Kyiv time.
The day before, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration reported that Russians had sent MiG-31K planes into the air. Following this, the Ukrainian Air Forces first detected high-speed targets heading toward Zhytomyr, and then toward the Khmelnytskyi region.
