Kherson under massive attack: Dozens wounded, including children

This morning, Kherson was again under Russian fire. In the Korabelnyi district, two people were killed, while more than 20 were injured, including three children, according to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, and the Kherson City Military Administration.
Early this morning, around 7:30 a.m. (Kyiv time), the Korabelnyi district in Kherson came under fire from Russian troops.
As a result of the attack, a 16-year-old teenager was injured, sustaining blast injuries, a concussion, and shrapnel wounds to the torso and face. The boy was taken to the hospital, and his condition is being monitored by medical staff.
The attack also damaged apartment buildings and private homes. Emergency rescue services have already begun clearing the consequences.
By 9:08 a.m., the first death was reported, a local woman who sustained fatal injuries.
By 10:02 a.m., the number of injured had risen to 14. Among them was a 31-year-old man who suffered explosive and cranial injuries, a concussion, and a leg wound; he received assistance on-site. A 50-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman with blast and cranial injuries were also taken to the hospital.
By 10:42 a.m., another death was reported, a 46-year-old woman who had been in a minibus during the attack.
By 10:48 a.m., it was confirmed that two girls, aged 15 and 17, were among the injured, sustaining concussions and blast injuries.
According to the latest data, 21 people were injured in the attack, including three children.
A trolleybus and a minibus were damaged, and the driver of Khersonelektrotrans was injured.
Information on the minibus victims is still being clarified. So far, it is known that one passenger was killed and another injured.
Strike on Kherson
This morning, the Russian troops attacked residential areas of Kherson.
On the night of October 24, Russian forces attacked Kherson with strike drones. One Shahed drone hit a high-rise building.
Attack on Ukraine
During the night, air raid alerts were announced in several regions of Ukraine due to Shahed drones and guided bomb launches.
The previous large-scale attack on Ukraine was on the night of October 23. Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 130 strike drones, including Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of UAVs. Air defense shot down 92 of them.
