Kharkiv shelling: Police show how they rescue people during Shahed drone attack

Last night, on March 29, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with Shahed UAVs. A video has now emerged showing how the police rescued injured people, the National Police of Ukraine reports.
"Another horrible night... Civilian residents were killed and dozens of people were injured. Patrol officers arrived at the scene immediately, providing assistance and evacuating the victims," the statement says.
The National Police also urged Ukrainians not to ignore air raid alarms and emphasized that shelters are a chance to survive.
Kharkiv shelling on March 29
On March 29, from 8:45 p.m. to 9:05 p.m. Kyiv time, the Russians carried out a massive attack on Kharkiv using strike drones. In particular, the enemy launched seven Shahed drones at residential areas, a hospital, and infrastructure. Russian troops also targeted a military hospital.
As a result, 27 residential buildings were damaged in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. There were also destructions to the market, the Registry Office, the Design House, a college, and a dormitory where internally displaced persons live. In addition, over 10 civilian cars and garages were burned.
The strikes were also carried out in the Kholodnohirskyi district. There, 32 private houses were reported as damaged.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed in the morning that two people - one man and one woman - were killed in the attack. Furthermore, 35 people were injured, including five children.
