Local media, citing residents, reported 24 explosions in Kharkiv.
Attacks on Kharkiv
Over the past few days, Kharkiv has been subjected to multiple attacks by the Russian military using missiles and guided bombs. The city’s critical infrastructure has been particularly affected.
On January 21, a Russian drone struck the Slobidskyi district of Kharkiv.
In the same district on January 13, a minor girl was injured during a Russian drone strike.
On Saturday, January 17, the city was attacked again, with at least two direct hits confirmed.
Between 2:10 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. that day, Kharkiv was shelled with Tornado-S multiple rocket launcher systems. Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that the strike hit a critical infrastructure facility responsible for the city’s electricity and heating supply, causing significant damage.
