Kellogg reveals details of talk with Zelenskyy

US Special Envoy Keith Kellogg has revealed details of his conversation with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his visit to Kyiv on July 14 in his post on X.
"In Kyiv today with Zelenskyy to discuss President Trump's landmark NATO deal that will accelerate the best US-made weapons to Ukraine," he wrote.
According to him, the agreement will be fully funded by NATO member states and will accelerate the delivery of weapons to Ukraine. It will also support Ukraine’s defense capabilities and strengthen NATO unity.
Zelenskyy previously stated that his talks with Kellogg were productive and focused on key security issues and the future of peace.
Also today, US President Donald Trump announced that the United States and NATO have reached an agreement to send American weapons to Ukraine at the expense of European countries. Trump also said that 17 Patriot systems are being prepared for delivery to Ukraine and are expected to arrive within a few days.
Kellogg’s visit to Ukraine
Kellogg arrived in Ukraine this morning. He had announced his visit last week. It was later revealed that he would be provided with information about Russia’s military potential and an assessment of Ukraine’s defense prospects. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy assigned this task to Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi and Chief of the General Staff Andrii Hnatov.
"We are also preparing meetings between President Trump’s special representative and the heads of the Security Service of Ukraine, as well as our intelligence agencies. The information will be comprehensive," the President said.
