Trump's Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, outlined the concessions that Russian President Vladimir Putin must make to end the war. These concessions primarily involve territorial matters as well as downsizing or refusing to use military forces in the future.

"In my view, there must be territorial concessions. There could also be refusing to use force in the future and downsizing military forces," the American diplomat stated.

Kellogg also emphasized that Russia has recently formed alliances with Iran, North Korea, and China - alliances that did not exist just a few years ago. He stressed the importance of preventing these alliances from solidifying.

"I think now it is very important not to let these alliances come together," he added.

As a reminder, earlier today, Keith Kellogg made a public commitment to engage all parties within 180 days to bring the war in Ukraine to an end.
