Kellogg advises Putin on how to easily end war against Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin could quickly and easily end the war against Ukraine if he declared victory to the Russian people and withdrew his troops from the occupied territories, according to Keith Kellogg, former US special representative for Ukraine.
"I think with the Russians it would be very easy for this war to end tomorrow. All Putin has to do is declare victory and go home," Kellogg advised the Kremlin chief.
In the former Donald Trump envoy's view, the Russian leader does not intend to seize all of Ukraine.
One key reason is that Putin simply cannot do so.
"He hasn't got the combat capability to do that. And he is always hitting centers of population centers," Kellogg noted.
The retired lieutenant general also addressed the situation in Ukraine. In his view, Ukrainians are not even considering the possibility of surrender.
"Ukraine is not going to give up. The Ukrainians are not going to voluntarily give up land. They're a great fighting force. They've done an exceptionally good job. And I think we just need to tell President Putin, which he doesn't want to do. It's time for you to go home and stop this war," Kellogg said, addressing Putin.
Amid this, he also predicted that Russia would never be able to win the war against Ukraine.
"Russia is not winning this war. You know, their definition of winning is a lot different than my definition. They haven't crossed the Dnieper River," Kellogg added.
Notably, Kellogg recently explained why Trump abruptly changed his decision regarding Patriot production licenses for Ukraine.
He also explained why Russia began striking Ukraine during his visits.
