Strike on Kharkiv on June 7

On the evening of June 7, Russian forces launched four strikes with guided aerial bombs on the Shevchenkivskyi and Kyivskyi districts of the city.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the enemy hit the children's railway; in the Kyivskyi district, they struck private homes. As a result, the following were damaged: two buildings of the children's railway and four railcars, two private houses, and an outbuilding.

Initially, it was reported that 18 people were injured. However, shortly after, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that over 40 people had been injured in Kharkiv. He called Russia’s actions "another brutal murder."

Previously, two deaths had been confirmed. The first victim was a 30-year-old woman who had recently been appointed head of the children's railway.

Later, four more bodies were recovered from under the rubble of the enterprise.
