Israel’s foreign minister reveals Iran mission outcomes

Israel’s strikes on Iran have delayed Tehran’s ability to develop a nuclear bomb by at least several years, states Israel’s Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar.
According to Israel’s Foreign Minister, the IDF operation has yielded very significant results.
“We have already delayed their ability to obtain a nuclear bomb by at least two to three years. We will not rest until we have done everything in our power to eliminate this threat,” he said.
Sa’ar also added that regime change in Iran is not currently a goal of Israel in this conflict. He outlined three specific objectives Israel has set for itself.
“We have named the nuclear and missile programs, as well as targeted eliminations, as the official goals of this war,” he stated.
When asked whether these goals include top Iranian leadership figures, such as Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the minister declined to comment.
“We never announce in advance what we intend to do,” he replied.
Sa’ar also expressed skepticism about a diplomatic solution with Iran, emphasizing that all previous diplomatic efforts have failed.
Israel’s operation in Iran
Israel launched Operation Rising Lion against Iran on June 13. The strikes targeted military and nuclear facilities. The IDF also eliminated high-ranking military officials and specialists involved in Iran’s nuclear program.
On June 20, reports emerged of an Israeli attempt to assassinate an Iranian nuclear scientist using a drone strike in central Tehran.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz warned that the Jewish State is preparing to intensify strikes on Iran to destabilize the regime.
