Hamas has given Israel a list of the third group of hostages to be released, according to The Times of Israel.

Israel has received a list of hostages to be released by Hamas on Sunday, handed over by Qatar, an official familiar with the situation told The Times of Israel.

Qatar is acting as a mediator between Israel and Hamas.

This will be the third day of the previously announced four-day ceasefire. It is likely to be extended with the release of new abductees.

The Prime Minister's Office reports that Israel has notified the families whose loved ones are on the list.

Hostage release

Israel signed an agreement with Hamas for a temporary cease-fire in Gaza in exchange for the release of hostages. The ceasefire may be extended if Hamas continues to abide by the agreement.

The first exchange took place on November 24. Hamas released 24 people - 13 Israeli citizens and 11 foreigners. They were taken to hospitals throughout Israel to be reunited with their families.

On November 25, the Red Cross received the second group of released Hamas hostages, consisting of 17 people, including 4 foreigners.
