Israel promises 'lethal, precise and surprising' response to Iran
Israel's response to last week's missile attack by Iran will be “lethal, precise and surprising”, stated Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
The Israeli Minister called Iran's missile attack a failure. He noted that whoever attacks Israel "will be hurt and will pay a price."
"Our attack will be lethal, precise and above all surprising, they will not understand what happened and how it happened, they will see the results," said Gallant.
Conflict between Israel and Iran
In recent months, the Israel Defense Forces have eliminated several leaders of Islamic groups in the Middle East supported by Iran.
Specifically, on September 27, the Israeli Air Force struck a suburb of Beirut, killing Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, who was in an underground bunker with other group leaders.
In response, on October 1, Iran launched a massive missile attack on Israel, firing nearly two hundred rockets at Tel Aviv and other cities.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised to retaliate for this attack and did not rule out strikes on Iran's oil fields and even nuclear facilities.
