Israel managed to intercept a significant number of aerial targets during Iran's attack. A total of about 180 ballistic missiles were employed in the strike, as stated by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
As stated by the Israel Defense Forces, the air defense during the Iranian attack was "effective." The United States participated in repelling the assault by intercepting some missiles.
The IDF clarified that there were "isolated" hits in central Israel and a few more in the southern part of the country.
According to military sources, the "assets" of the Israeli Air Force were not damaged during the attack, and the Air Force, air defense systems, and air traffic management are operating normally.
